Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.
- If your product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Once the order is cancelled, we will initiate the payment within the 7-working day.
- Items under sale or discount will not be cancelled.
Refund options
Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened product purchased from Spiicekart.in. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly through our online store and not purchased from one of our store locations. To return arrange the return of items purchased from Spiicekart, contact us at +91 99993 88506 to obtain areference number for your items. Safely package the items for return shipment, and include the reason for the return, and the original packing slip, invoice, or order number and ship to: F-361, Karam pura, New Delhi-110015. In case there is a change in the product returned or if the product is in any way damaged,Spiicekart has full authority to reject the product returned and the refund. Shipping
Once you have made the order on our online store Spiicekart will courier the products ordered. You will receive the product delivery within seven days of placing the order, but if required you can track your order by clicking on the ‘Track order’. Along with this we keep our customers constantly intimidated via SMS or email regarding the progress in delivery.
In case the customer is not available to receive the product at the shipping address, the product will be returned and the money refunded after deducting the shipping charges.
